My Junior Suite was spacious, clean, and offered fine sea views. The breakfast had an excellent variety, and the Olive Tree restaurant served good meals with locally sourced ingredients.
Room decor a bit dated.

Stunning and marvellous location not far from the shops, and a quiet area of the town, bars and restaurants were within walking distance of the hotel. The service was excellent and the food was superb. I stayed here for 2 days and would like to stay here on the next trip...
Nothing to improve on.

Helpful staff and great views
The staff were super friendly, even called a mall for us to check if it was open on Sunday-needed some new sunglasses! Our room had a fab sea view and was squeaky clean. Loved chilling out in the bar area. Breakfast, though, could've used more fresh fruit options. Still, the stay was chill overall!

The advantages of the hotel's first necessary to carry personnel and equipment to focus on guest comfort, despite the small size and intimacy away. The absence of a large site is compensated by the correct organization of space inside and around the hotel and its location. The hotel staff left a impression as a cohesive team, where everyone knows their job and be happy working for the pleasure of guests. The apparent advantage of a free use of beach facilities (sunbeds, umbrellas, inflatable mattresses ...) and bicycles. A big plus hotel - this musical evening with a "live sound". And of course, have to emphasize the hotel kitchen - lamb, oysters, a wonderful dessert, a surprise from the chef. Eleven-year-son was captivated by Lausanne and the cream soup is excellent! Hvala vam, Andrea Villa

They have lots of facilities free of charge. (e.g. bike, sunbed, sunshade). The terasse is very nice. The room was spacious. Staff is nice and helpful.
The aircondition in the room didn't work properly.

The position of Villa Andrea on the outskirts of Tucepi and on the sea front was perfect . The villa was kept beautifully clean. Bicycles to borrow were very useful. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.
There needs to be a policy to cancel unnecessay payments --- we were charged £2 for a tea bag which we asked for as there were none in our room - just plain annoying !
